when u get into a relationship, do you tell your partner? From experience i've come to find out that most men can't accept what's going on. WHAT TO DO?????? Living with lupus means some days will be good and others are just hell. PRAY AND IT WILL BE OKAY.......

ive gotten different responses when i tell guys about the lupus some just stop talking to you and others actually care but they dont understand unless they know what it is so im just going with the flow then i'll tell them before they get in to deep basically before we start to get into the boyfriend/girlfriend fase...good luck

I think you need to tell them. The way they respond will tell you a lot about their character. If they can't handle it, they are not someone you want to be with. You need someone to be understanding and supportive. Don't put that stress on yourself and don't settle for anything less than you deserve!
